Agilent announces commercial availability of interactive wireless network performance database

<%=company1%> Inc. announced this week the commercial availability of its Internet-accessible wireless network performance database, eRECON. The online capabilities of the database, which include access to both current and historical data for all major wireless technologies, allow clients to generate tailored reports at any time, from any location. The only requirement is a computer with Internet access.

The eRECON database stores call quality, call statistics, engineering parameters, infrastructure and carrier information, as well as geographic coverage of the wireless networks examined in Agilent's benchmarking initiatives. Clients can manipulate the data and generate reports appropriate for multiple levels within an organization, including engineering, marketing, finance and executive management.

"The flexibility offered by eRECON gives clients unparalleled insight into their networks by permitting them to easily manipulate and analyze data on thousands of wireless calls spanning hundreds of networks worldwide," said Eric McHenry, vice president of Agilent's Wireless Network Solutions group.
