The AirCore GPRS (general packet radio service) HLR (home location register) is a new addition to the software-defined AirCore platform. The platform enables global service providers to offer their customers such multiple enhanced communications services as high-speed data transmission, videoconferencing, wireless Internet and mobile commerce.
The GPRS home location register (HLR) can be integrated into existing AirCore GSM switching platforms and can be used as a stand-alone product in GPRS/GSM networks. The new offering overlays onto existing GPRS/GSM networks and is available for immediate delivery.
