CARLSBAD, Calif. /PRNewswire -- DENSO Wireless, a leading global wireless product manufacturer and supplier of wireless phones, and Unitech Industries, an experienced manufacturer of phone accessories, have announced a strategic alliance to jointly develop accessories for phones supplied to Sprint PCS, the fastest-growing, all-digital, all-PCS wireless carrier in the United States.

Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

DENSO Wireless, based in Vista, Calif., currently builds four handset models for Sprint PCS under the brand name of Sprint PCS Touchpoint.

Unitech Industries, based in Tempe, Ariz., currently sells accessories to several wireless phone manufacturers.
