To maintain its preferred vendor status with a leading home improvement retailer, Valspar recognized the need to improve data accuracy, timeliness and accountability among 170 field service representatives (FSRs) serving more than 900 stores nationwide. Valspar also wanted to enable FSRs to perform a variety of in-store service tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests from Valspar headquarters and its customer.
