23-40 GHz & LMDS Amplifiers

Configured specifically for point to point radio & LMDS (Local Multipoint Distribution Systems) applications to transmit voice, video and fast data. The design of this family of low noise and power amplifiers has evolved from CTT's extensive experience in MIC technology, in combination with utilization of the latest available low noise and power GaAs FETs. They are suitable for low noise amplifiers for receivers or power amplifiers for transmitters. All units will go through 24 hours burn in to insure reliability. The following specifications are guaranteed at 25oC, but the units can work from -30 to +70oC with degraded performance. The amplifiers can be ordered with SMA 2.9, WR-28 or WR-42 connectors.
