Anritsu Corporation was established as Sekisan-sha in 1895. Ever since, Anritsu has remained a key player in the communications field through its development of a broad range of innovative technologies and products. As the world's markets were rapidly becoming borderless, we merged with Wiltron, a US measuring instruments manufacturer, in 1990. We are now entering a new era in which business survival depends on both world and local markets. The Anritsu Group has been working as a coordinated body under the name "Anritsu" since 1997, implementing the concept of "one company in each country". Our commitment is to supply products and services that meet customer needs optimally in each region as a "Global Company with a Local Face." This means that we must become a familiar and important presence to local customers; our aim is to be global company, not merely an exporter.
