ASi 4000 Service Control Point

Tekelec0 service control point (SCP) is a switch- and vendor-independent high-capacity services platform.

Tekelec0 enables network operators with traditional or IP-enabled networks, including IP-telephony networks, to deliver fully-featured, voice services from an integrated, carrier-grade platform.

Tekelec0 SCP features multiple, prepackaged applications including calling name delivery, outbound call management, travel card management, and enhanced inbound call management. The product is also available with a service creation environment (SCE) to build customized new services such as account calling, advanced routing, and enhanced toll-free. The SCE is implemented on a PC-based workstation equipped a graphical user interface (GUI).

Tekelec0 SCP interfaces to circuit-switched networks via standard signaling system 7 (SS7) links and to packet networks via IP-enabled SS7 signaling. The product can be coupled with the EAGLE STP or the IP7 Secure Gateway using the TALI interface to create an integrated service solution.
