Gilbarco Veeder-Root and AvaLAN Networks are now offering a wireless EMV solution for Encore fuel dispensers.

Huntsville, AL (PRWEB) - Gilbarco Veeder-Root and AvaLAN Networks are now offering a wireless EMV solution for Encore fuel dispensers. Gilbarco has recently modified the Encore® Warranty Statement, MDE-3984, to allow for AvaLAN’s Wireless Forecourt Access Point and In-Dispenser Units to be installed and supported. This will apply to current dispensers and CRIND kits under warranty and all future units to be commissioned.

The AvaLAN wireless forecourt access point and in-dispenser units offer secure ethernet network connectivity. The solution provides a path for EMV payment systems without digging trenches.
