Badger Remote Terminal Units (RTU)

Badger provides a family of rack-mountable RTUs that are remotely located to collect alarms by contact closures, voltages, and serial data streams. Alarms are filtered and forwarded to a Badger Master system.
Depending on model, Badger RTUs are capable of:

• 19" rack mountable, DC powered , 1æ" high
  
• monitoring contact closures
  
• collecting and counting pulses
  
• measuring analog voltages
  
• monitoring TBOS serial alarm data
  
• analyzing alarm data by Boolean and relational equations
  
• automatically operating control relay outputs
  
• operating control relay outputs (Form C contacts)
  
• filtering alarms by delay timers
  
• time-tagging alarm data
  
• communicating alarm data to the Master by modem or multi-drop circuits (RS-232, RS-422, or VF)
