The XP4Plus is a digital wireless radio used for the transmission of voice, video and data traffic in telecommunications networks. This radio features a high-power option, suitable for applications requiring increased availability over longer path lengths. It has a calibrated receive level range of –80 to –30 dBm and ETSI Grade B compliance for 23 to 38 GHz E1 and E3 products. Backward compatible with the XP4 product line, this radio is available in frequencies from 7 GHz to 38 GHz for E1, E3, DS-1 and DS-3 data rates.
This wireless radio is used for the following applications:
- PCS/PCN microcell fixed network infrastructure
- Last-mile connections for local telephony
- Cellular back-haul interconnections
