The Simon Group, Inc.t was designed to protect back-up batteries from adverse outdoor environments. It features a louver-ventilated design that uses natural convection and forced ventilation to ensure proper air exchange and prevent hydrogen gas build-up. The cabinet can accommodate up to six strings of four batteries each in vertical or horizontal mounting configurations. External cable entry points enable entry from any side of the cabinet, as well as cable management for multiple cabinet applications.
The lightweight welded aluminum cabinets have an outdoor rated polyester powder coat finish, heavy duty continuous door hinge and seamless, weather-tight "foam-in-place" door gasket.
