Matthew J. Stover Appointed to i3 Mobile's Board of Directors

The appointment increases the number of Directors on the Company's Board to 8, of which 6 are not directly employed by i3 Mobile.

Mr. Stover, age 45, has over 20-years of experience as a senior executive with global corporations, early stage companies and the federal government in the fields of traditional and online publishing, information services and marketing and communications. Mr. Stover is currently president of edu.com, a marketing services company that facilitates partnerships and commerce among colleges and universities, undergraduate and graduate students and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Stover is also currently a Director of Clickmarks.com, an Application Service Provider developing the software infrastructure for a wireless Web using patent-pending personalization technology, and is a trustee for the Committee for Economic Development. Mr. Stover also served as a director of Infoseek Corporation until its acquisition by the Walt Disney Company, and was group president of Bell Atlantic Directory Group and president and CEO of its predecessor companies, Bell Atlantic Information Services group and NYNEX Information Resources Company.

Prior to entering the directory industry, Mr. Stover served as Chairman, President and CEO of AGS Computers, Inc., Vice President Public Affairs and Corporate Communications for NYNEX Corporation and Senior Vice President - Communications for American Express Company. Mr. Stover is a graduate of Yale University and of the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration's Executive Program.
