Neomar Announces Strategic Relationship With MDSI Mobile Data Solutions

Neomar, Inc., a leader in enterprise wireless management and delivery software, today announced a strategic partnership with MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc., the worldwide leader in wireless workforce management. The alliance will allow MDSI(R) to offer Advantex™ and eService™ product suites, on a range of Neomar-enabled handheld wireless devices, thereby offering customers unrivaled choice and flexibility for their wireless solution.

MDSI's products help companies dramatically improve customer service by optimally managing service appointments and the workers that execute them, whether they are mobile or based at a fixed location.

Under the terms of the agreement, MDSI will license and host Neomar's Secure Enterprise Router Proxy (SERP) and the Neomar Gateway Carrier Class (GWCC). These products will be installed and operated at MDSI's ASP site in St. Louis, Missouri. MDSI will also become a reseller of the Neomar Enterprise Server (NES) and associated modules, typically deployed behind the customer's corporate firewall at the enterprise's location. When combined with the Neomar Microbrowser software, available on a multitude of smart devices, including RIM BlackBerry, Palm, Handspring Visor and PocketPC, the Neomar solution suite provides an industry-leading platform for end-to-end secure, managed delivery of enterprise data and applications across multiple networks and multiple devices.
