Orange Rolls Out Amdocs Customer Care and Billing System

GSM carrier Orange Communications SA, (Lausanne, Switzerland) has implemented the Ensemble end-to-end convergent customer care and billing system from Amdocs (Chesterfield, MO). The solution supports the voice and data services provided by the expanding network. The company is partially owned by Orange PLC (UK), the leading cellular provider with a substantial pan-European presence.
