ParTet 2.0

ParTet is a measurement tool for analysing the air interface of TETRA networks. Following on from the first version, ParTet 2.0 is a front line measurement and presentation tool for easy measurement and simple data review. It can be used in the field or office for immediate problem spotting and report generation. It is a software tool for assisting those involved with planning, optimizing, and maintaining TETRA networks.

The latest version of ParTet 2.0 includes the following new features:

• Improved user interface
• Support for Nemo´s Standard File Format (ASCII)
• Support for MapInfo display of digital maps
• Copy/paste of information through clipboard to other applications (MS Word etc.)
• Easy to use Call generator script editor
• Improved serial port options (COM1...COM8)
• Route correction possibility (West to East Shift & North to South Shift)
• New window for displaying Serving and Neighbor cells together
• More convenient SW security in form of a software dongle

The measurement terminals used with ParTet are the same Nokia terminals as are widely used in everyday communication in TETRA networks. This ensures that the measurement results reflect the network quality experienced by the network users.
