Ericsson, Inc.lti-carrier compact is a flexible, full-capacity CDMA base station – enabling fast network buildouts. Its design and capabilities are based on direct feedback, throughout the development cycle, from industry operators. It designs and delivers both multi-carrier support and increased cell coverage in a compact enclosure. It can be deployed anywhere – on a pole, on a wall, on the side of a building or on a rooftop – allowing one to design and install the network faster for less money.

This product provides a clear migration path to cdma2000 services. Operators can deliver cdma2000 with a main unit upgrade only – no changes are required to the cabling or remote units.
