The industry's most extensive database keeps ATX in the lead. The Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) database we created for the launch of Lincoln RESCU set the standard for the industry. Today, it's still the industry leader, continuously updated for zoning, area code and phone number changes. Map screens are amended regularly to reflect new streets and route changes. And thanks to our participation in the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), we stay up to the minute on changes and developments within the 9-1-1 agencies. We are also linked to both NavTech, GDT, and Etak digital navigation technologies to ensure our ability to provide assistance anywhere it's needed.

Response Center Technology

Every aspect of our National Response Center in Dallas was designed to meet the needs of location-based monitoring. Our specialized voice/data integration technology is just one case in point

The center is also the only telematics monitoring station in the U.S. with geographically dispersed on-site/off-site system redundancy. By replicating our systems at a back-up site, we can promise seamless service in the event of a primary system failure.
