SCC provides 911 data for Network Plus

Boulder, CO-based SCC Communications Corp. has signed a five-year contract to provide enhanced 911 (E-911) database management services to Network Plus Corp. (Quincy, MA) and its customers. Network Plus is a network-based integrated communications provider (ICP) offering broadband data and telecommunications services in the northeastern and southeastern United States.

SCC will supply Network Plus with its innovative TelConnect suite of services, which allow competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) and ICPs to outsource the complex task of meeting 911 data management requirements.

The company's database services include validation of the master street address guide (MSAG), data formatting, error analysis and resolution, and delivery of E-911 data to host providers. In addition, TelConnect provides electronic bonding, enhanced error correction, rapid E-911 data implementation and on-site training.
