Southwestern Wireless Company Selects IPtimize To Distribute Voice Services On Its Network

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IPtimize, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPZI)("IPtimize"), a broadband voice and data service provider, announced today that it will be launching a suite of advanced business voice applications over the wireless network of Southwestern Wireless (SWW), a leading wireless broadband network provider primarily serving communities in Texas and New Mexico. IPtimize will be offering a complete suite of advanced commercial voice services, including its SIP Trunking and Hosted VoIP Services over SWW's wireless data network.

"Southwestern Wireless was looking for a turnkey commercial offering that could fit easily on top of the company's established data network," said IPtimize Chairman and CEO Ron Pitcock. "Southwestern Wireless is our first wireless commercial distributor, and we look forward to demonstrating that IPtimize's services sit as comfortably and seamlessly on top of wireless data networks as they do on wireline and cable data platforms."

"IPtimize's solutions to our specific needs are elegantly simple, the benefits are tangible, and they've made it very easy to get started," said Bill Keck, Vice President at Southwestern Wireless. "IPtimize's high performance commercial voice offering synchronizes amazingly well with our wireless data network needs and with the needs of our business customers."

IPtimize services will be launched to SWW commercial customers across SWW's entire service territory beginning in late July 2008. IPtimize's professional product suite includes a complete range of advanced telephony features; seasoned expertise in launching, managing and expanding new network services; and a robust feature-set designed to increase commercial productivity and economy for business end-users.

Southwestern Wireless' business customers will be able to take advantage of discounted product offerings, professionally managed commercial voice services, and an accessible single resource for customer service and integrated billing as a result of SWW's utilizing IPtimize's service package. Additional details of the agreement were not disclosed.
