(Topway Video) to build and deploy a massive Smart Wi-Fi Municipal Area Network (MAN) across Shenzhen in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Shenzhen, China's fifth largest city with over 10 million people, is located in the south of Southern China's Guangdong Province, situated immediately north of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Topway Video is the largest broadband service and multimedia content provider in Shenzhen. As of August 15, 2014, it had 1,117,300 cable digital TV user terminals, 470,000 HD interactive TV user terminals, and 217,600 cable broadband subscription users.

The new Smart Wi-Fi infrastructure enables millions of Shenzhen residents and visitors access to free, high-performance Ruckus Smart Wi-Fi in public service areas such as hospital waiting areas and Shenzhen's high-speed railway station.
