Transaction Layer Security Toolkit

The TLS (Transaction Layer Security) Toolkit is the industry standard successor to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) used pervasively by e-commerce Web sites to secure Web-based transactions. The toolkit provides full TLS functionality, as well as backwards-compatibility to SSL, for virtually any software, hardware or firmware IP implementation.

With the toolkit, customers can take advantage of the well-known and widely deployed Internet protocol while maintaining interoperability with current SSL-based applications.
