WebTel Wireless, Inc., an ITSP--Internet Telephony Service Provider, was formed in 1996 to provide voice and data communication services to standard and mobile phone users. Our mission is to provide subscribers with high quality communication services on a cost competitive basis. To do this, we have created a proprietary IP network that converges wireless communications with the Internet. As a result, we are able to offer VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to Residential and Business customers for a low monthly flat rate. In addition, we offer extremely competitive domestic rates. WebTel has positioned itself at the vortex of three powerful segments of the global communications industry---high-speed data, ISP services and wireless services.

WebTel offers a Flat Rate Plan for both Residential and Business subscribers within our coverage areas. As a Flat Rate Plan subscriber, you may choose to add our optional Measured Rate Service. With the Measured Rate service you can call anywhere in the contiguous US that is outside of your coverage area for only 6.5ยข per minute.

Flat Rate Plan : A subscriber will place a call from a number that has been registered with WebTel. He/she will dial a WebTel local access number to enter our system. Once the number is verified, a voice prompt will instruct the caller to enter an area code and destination number. WebTel Network's VoIP Gateway Server sends all of this information over WebTel's network and sends the call to the gateway server that is closest to the destination of the call. The VoIP Gateway Server at the destination site dials the destination phone number. After the connection is established both parties will be talking over the WebTel network. The destination number must be covered by WebTel's network coverage area. Destinations not within the coverage areas may be reached using our optional Measured Rate Service.
